ORDER QUANTITIES
- All orders are subject to 10% over or under run. The client is obligated to pay for the total quantity delivered.
BILLING
- Customers will only be invoiced for the quantities of product that are delivered and/or picked-up and/or shipped.
PRICING
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
PICK UP / DELIVERY
- While RSRT will do everything possible to meet delivery dates quoted by our sales representatives, these quotes are only estimated dates of delivery. RSRT disclaims liability for any and all delays in delivery.
- In the event that a client fails to accept delivery and/or pay for their finished product within 90 days of RSRT's completion of that product, RSRT has the right to sell, dispose of and/or use such product in any way RSRT chooses.
GUARANTEE
- RSRT reserves the
right to refuse any order for whatever reason it (RSRT) deems appropriate.
- All tapes, artwork,
photos, etc., furnished to RSRT by the client remain the property
of the client, but will not be returned to the client until the order
is paid for in full.
- After clients have
approved their proofs on printed materials and/or artwork no refunds
will be given.
- If a client supplies
RSRT with finished film for printing, and that film does not meet
RSRT specs, the cost of reformatting and re-outputting new film to
meet RSRT specs will be added to the clients bill and payment in full
for these additional services must be made prior to delivery of product.
- While RSRT will treat
the client's materials with utmost care, RSRT herein specifically
denies liability for any damage or loss due to fire, casualty, or
negligence while said materials are in the possession of RSRT.
- No product may be
returned to RSRT without a client obtaining a return authorization
number (RA#) from RSRT prior to shipping it back. RSRT limits its
liability to reruns or refunds (at RSRT's discretion) on the services
performed, providing that the product is deemed defective by reason
of workmanship or material. Reruns or refunds will only be commensurate
with the quantity of goods returned to RSRT.
- If an order that is
already in process is canceled, the client is obligated to pay for
all services that were rendered prior to the clients cancellation
of said order.
- Defective products
must be returned to RSRT within thirty (30) days in order to qualify
for replacement or credit (at RSRT's discretion.)
- RSRT guarantees its
products against defects in quality and workmanship.
